Let’s Toast to the Season — Cadillac Style!

You're invited to celebrate the holidays with your SEAPORT Cadillac V-Club family at one of Bellevue’s finest dining destinations: Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse.

This is our Annual Holiday Banquet—a time to reflect, reconnect, and rejoice in everything we’ve accomplished as a chapter in 2025. Dress in your holiday best and get ready for an unforgettable afternoon of food, laughter, and V-Club spirit.

️ Brunch Menu – The Full Churrasco Experience:

  • Market Table & Feijoada Bar – exotic salads, cured meats, imported cheeses, seasonal soups & more

  • Fire-Roasted Meats – Picanha, Ribeye, Filet Mignon, Lamb Chops, Chicken, Sausage

  • Warm Brazilian Sides – Pão de Queijo, crispy polenta, mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas

  • Entrée Alternatives – Chilean Sea Bass, Pan-Seared Salmon, or Cauliflower Steak (request 48 hrs in advance)

  • Desserts – Chocolate Brigadeiro, Açaí Cheesecake & more

  • Drinks – Fountain beverages, coffee, and tea included
